Our customer reviews

MARK MABARRACKMARK MABARRACK ★★★★★ Had curtains and shears installed in family room and 2 bedrooms today by Jarrad. Told he was due between 9 and 11am, arrived exactly 9.00 and did an excellent job. No mess , very quick and a nice bloke, definite asset to your business. Third time we have used them, 4 years ago for hybrid flooring throughout, and 3 years ago for more blinds. Matthew the salesman,Dylan who checked measurements were also very good and would not hesitate to shop here again. Prices were on a par with 2 other local businesses.Y AHY AH ★★★★★ Just want to say what a fantastic job solomons did with my flooring, looks great and really proud of there work. The installer did a professional job and was willing to use a key that I left out for him as I was working during the day.Communication about the floor trims not being installed where the carpet met the hallway on the day should have been better. Overall I'm a happy customerJamieJamie ★★★★★ Very pleased with service from Solomons and great job by the installer Greg.Jee ElJee El ★★★★★ From the very start, the process of selection and then deciding what to buy, the sales person was very professional and steered us to the right decision, even suggesting a cheaper option for us. The timing was good, the price was right and the carpet layer was excellent.Emily HEmily H ★★★★★ Great experience with customer service, we were able to secure a good price on floor boards for our entire house. The contractors who removed existing flooring were great at communicating as were the installers. It was a large and expensive project and when I found minor install issues, they were prompt and helpful in resolving issues. When spending a large amount of money on renovations, it is pleasing that the company made sure we were happy with the final product.Carolyn RawsthornCarolyn Rawsthorn ★★★★★ Great service, great price, and thanks to Craig who did an amazing job laying the laminated floor boards, especially doing it all by himself. And for coming back to change a minor detail. On our request. Amazing service, would highly recommend. Thanks to the team.Colin UnderwoodColin Underwood ★★★★★ I had both wooden flooring installed in the kitchen and carpet throughout the house. The advice given by their representative was helpful, detailed and useful. Both flooring and carpeting workers were excellent, professional and thorough. The finished product in both places is excellent. I would highly recommend Solomons Flooring to anyone seeking carpeting or flooring.Georgy PannuGeorgy Pannu ★★★★★ Great service from Murray, Troy, and Lee (installer). We visited three different flooring companies, and all of them were rushing to make a sale without explaining what we actually needed, focusing more on what suited them. Do not go to Floors World on Port Road — we experienced very poor and extremely rude customer service there. However, if you are looking for truly professional service, go to Solomon Lonsdale. We are very impressed with their honest advice, affordable prices, and high-quality flooring. They take the time to listen to you and explain everything clearly, which is important because flooring is a big decision and cannot be easily changed. Once the job is done and the money is spent, you don’t want to be left thinking, “Oh no.” No one wants that. So yes — 5 stars for Solomons Lonsdale.Deborah GlastonburyDeborah Glastonbury ★★★★★ I love my new floor and Damien was great with the laying of it. Very quick and professional also gave me helpful tips on cleaning.Debbiemattrobxmattrobx ★★★★★ These guys were amazing. From the ease of choosing the carpets we wanted for our rental property. The lady who answered was really happy to help and gave me contact details for Chris, a hardwood flooring installer. Chris was more than happy to take on the small repair job, came by a couple of days later, and quickly sorted it out. It’s clear this company truly cares about their customers — unlike others who didn’t want to help with such a small issue. Highly recommend Solomons Flooring for their commitment and great service!Marcus CardoneMarcus Cardone ★★★★★ Chris our installer and his offsider did such a thorough job - and quick!Thank you to Gwyn for looking after us so well!We will recommend your team to our friends and family. We are really happy with our new carpet and hard floors 😁Kelly and Steve WilsonKelly and Steve Wilson ★★★★★ Fantastic service and installation from the team at Solomons Reynella. We are incredibly happy with the installation of our timber flooring and carpet. The expertise of the installers was great to see. As customers building a new home with many delays, it was a pleasure dealing with every person and we highly recommend them.Bernice LucasBernice Lucas ★★★★☆ UPDATE: After posting our original review, we were contacted by Troy who went above and beyond to fix the issues we raised. The carpet was replaced and the blinds were reviewed for safety. We are so grateful to Troy for ensuring the issues were followed up for genuinely wanting us to be happy with our products. As much as we like the products we chose from Solomon’s, the installation was really poor. We have a huge join line in our living room carpet. It needs to be pulled up and redone but despite someone coming out to look at it more than twice, it is still an issue and I notice it every time I step foot in that room. The installer also cut into our internet cable and didn’t say anything to us and scratched the newly painted skirtings when installing the carpet. The blinds were also installed poorly with the chains installed so loosely that they are a strangulation hazard for our toddler. The installers also left a huge mess behind include dirt tracked into every room of our house. I raised these issues with the company but nothing was done about it. Sadly, we won’t be using Solomon’s again.Trevor BarndenTrevor Barnden ★★★★★ If you are looking for flooring I can highly recommend Solomon’s reynella…From the moment we walked in Zach and Nathan were excellent with their friendly nature and expert adivice..Nathan was excellent with his measurement and quote and also arrived on time as arrangedThe installer Craig arrived on time and did a fantastic job … his attention to detail was fantastic and cleaned up after himselfIt’s very comforting to get such excellent service nowadaysRichard MoserRichard Moser ★★★★★ Great place for flooring and blinds. They did their best for me.Kylie WishniaKylie Wishnia ★★★★★ Can’t rate the service from Solomon’s Reynella highly enough. Darren is a wealth of knowledge and a real asset to the company - he bent over backwards to help us get our flooring organised on a very tight schedule to help accommodate my sick dad. The level of compassion and flexibility through a difficult time for our family was amazing. The fact that they offer our preferred laminate - Parador (had it in our previous home - it’s the best out there) made Solomon’s Reynella a real winner for us. Installation team worked like troopers and got the job done in lighting time too.cheryl jervischeryl jervis ★★★★★ Cam was brilliant. I needed a new carpet before an open home he found a roll (unseen by me) and organised a fitter the very next day. He was amazing, he understood my needs and completely delivered all over the phone. The most brilliant customer service and perception by Cam. Thank you.Jess ChurchJess Church ★★★★★ I recently had a fantastic experience with Solomon’s Carpets Reynella. Zach, who assisted me in-store, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and allowed me to take home samples so I could see how they would look in my own space, which made the decision so much easier. The range in-store was far superior to other places I had visited, offering plenty of great options to suit all types of budgets. We ended up choosing the Haloren Sculpture carpet, and it looks and feels absolutely beautiful.Jake, who installed the carpet, did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond to ensure the carpet was fitted perfectly and left everything clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend Solomon’s Carpets Reynella!Angel ReaAngel Rea ★★★★★ Craig and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with the flooring in my forever home! From my initial consultation with Cam to the installation day with Craig, the entire process was smooth. Every time I look at my beautiful new floors, I can’t help but smile—they truly bring warmth and character to the space. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident in every corner. Thank you, Craig, for making this part of my home renovation such a wonderful experience.Tim HallsTim Halls ★★★★☆ The sales representative was helpful enough but the prices beyond our reach even with 20% off.A little disappointing.Lindsay BarkerLindsay Barker ★★★★★ I had three rooms and a hallway of Victoria Haloran carpet installed on purple luxury underlay. Both the carpet and the professional installation were excellent, and the job was completed within half a day including removal of the existing 28 year old carpet.
