The job was done professionally and looks great. I am so happy with the product and finish that I will get the other two bedrooms done.MaddiMaddi ★★★★☆ We had our entire house done by Solomons Maroochydore in Coretec XL-End Montclair totalling around $33k.What we liked:1. They were on time to the install and completed it in a timely manner. The installers were friendly and approachable.2. They completed the job to an acceptable standard.3. The salesman was easy to deal with and was patient with us while we made our decision on our choice of flooring, though communication sadly fell a bit short once the deposit was made.4. The flooring looks stunning and is amazing quality. Well worth the price. We are super happy with our choice. What we didn’t like:1. The installers left our ducted air conditioner running flat out all day for several days during the install with all the windows open, leaving us with a large and unnecessary electricity bill.2. The installers mixed the dry floor leveller inside the house creating a massive problem with our ducted air conditioning system being clogged and needing to be professionally cleaned. They also left the levelling dust all through out the house which, weeks later, we are still finding and cleaning.3. The installers didn’t complete the job when they were supposed to as they ran out of trim for the cupboards and doors. This wasn’t communicated to the store from the installers and we were left for a while with the job incomplete and the store wasn’t aware of this until they phoned us wondering why we hadn’t made payment.4. We paid the installers a ridiculous amount of money to silicone and no gaps our skirting boards which took them less than an hour. They siliconed only and left the no gaps not completed leaving us moving in the next day with an incomplete job.BiohackersarahBiohackersarah ★★★★★ Jonathan came out quickly to quote our carpet. I loved how he didn’t bring too much choice so not overwhelming, he had done some research on our house before coming out, knowing colours etc that could work. Great customer service and we love our new carpet! Thanks JBjs_loader
