How long have you been in business?

We are the new kids on the block being in the flooring franchise only 5 months but we bring a wealth of experience to the business. We have been in retail businesses for over 22 years and know how important excellence in service is.

So why did you choose a flooring franchise?

Joe : "I love flooring! I enjoy talking to people and sharing their visions on their building, decorating and renovating projects .I get a great kick out of suggesting to customers a floor covering that they would not normally consider and to see their reaction when it works and they love it."

Sue: "Having built a few houses ourselves and being involved with the total renovation of my daughters I have had the job to choose textures and colours for most of these projects including floor coverings. My 22 years experience with a major building and Maintenance Company and their association with Dulux has given me great insight into what colours and textures complement each other and I am happy to pass this experience on to our customers. A flooring franchise made sense!"
